Transforming Healthcare Through Information Technology – A Roadmap to Succeed Beyond 2015
Objectives
This conference is aimed at 1) providing timely update on challenging issues and best practices for healthcare transformation, 2) exploring innovative use of health information technology to expedite and engage healthcare professionals/consumers in using EHR/HIT for better health and quality care at affordable costs and 3) presenting and sharing research findings that are related to, while not limited by, the list of topics listed below. Critical Dates for Paper Submissions and Notification
- Abstract/Proposal Deadline: July 15, 2015
- Full papers submission deadline: August 31, 2015
- Acceptance notification deadline: September 20, 2015
Full papers in English containing original research contents are solicited. The length of the paper should be between 10 and 20 pages (< 5000 words) in APA format. High quality papers will be selected for presentation and publication in the Transactions of the International Conference on Health Information Technology Advancement – 2015.
Note: The two best papers will receive “Conference Research Awards†and selected high quality papers will be further reviewed and published as a special issue of International Journal of Health Information Systems and Informatics.
Conference Registration Fee
Registration fee includes a copy of the conference Transactions, continental breakfast and lunch. Early registration fee by September 15, 2015 is $199 and $249 afterwards. Papers exceeding 12 pages limit will be subject to revisions.
